Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently ship domestically within the [United Kingdom] and offer international shipping to select countries.

While we provide estimated delivery times, please be aware that shipping carriers can occasionally experience delays outside of our control, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Step 2: We will provide you with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
  • Step 3: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the provided address. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges
